Combining Support and Attack Interactions for Argumentation Based Discussion Analysis

چکیده
Online discussion is one of the commonly used tools to engage users discuss relevant topics for society, where user contributions in form posts, comments and votes are essential their success. The scale, complexity dynamism this information leads a growing interest understanding what major accepted or rejected opinions different domains by social network users. In work, we explore how combine attack support interactions extract possible consensus based on some abstract argumentative semantics, characterize set properties postulates that should satisfy.

Argumentation maps: GIS based discussion support for online planning
Information technology plays a growing role in planning procedures. A procedure step which has not been supported by specific computer tools up to now, is asynchronous discussions. Such discussions can occur in public participation as well as between planners during plan design. In this paper I introduce argumentation models as a way of structuring debates, and review existing tools for recordi...
متن کاملSupport for Factor-Based Argumentation
In this paper we describe a tool which supports the analysis of arguments in the legal domain for the purpose of building computational models that use factor-based reasoning (FBR).
متن کاملAttack Semantics for Abstract Argumentation
In this paper we conceptualize abstract argumentation in terms of successful and unsuccessful attacks, such that arguments are accepted when there are no successful attacks on them. We characterize the relation between attack semantics and Dung’s approach, and we define an SCC recursive algorithm for attack semantics using attack labelings.
متن کاملValue-Based Argumentation for Democratic Decision Support
In this paper we discuss the integration of two systems that are based on a specific theory of argumentation: the first, an existing web-based discussion forum; the second, a method to enable autonomous software agents to perform practical reasoning based upon their subscription to social values. We show how the output from the first of these systems can be used as input to the second and how t...
متن کاملHypermedia Support for Argumentation-Based Rationale
Having developed, used and evaluated some of the early IBIS-based approaches to design rationale (DR) such as gIBIS and QOC in the late 1980s/mid-1990s, we describe the subsequent evolution of the argumentation-based paradigm through software support, and perspectives drawn from modeling and meeting facilitation. Particular attention is given to the challenge of negotiating the overheads of cap...
